We are now using a very cool COVID-19 contact tracing app to allow for contactless registration.  It’s EASY! – just scan the QR code at the door enter your name, phone and email on your own phone – no crusty pen required!  No App download required either (as long as your phone is set up for QR Codes)

This gives us your details for our log and your own tracking receipt log on your phone.

It’s simple, it works…And it’s Free.  So if you need it at your home, event or business check it out at: www.visitorlog.co.nz

Our staff are following strict procedures for collection and drop off during COVID-19 Level 2.

The name, contact number and date of visit must be logged for every visitor.

Collection and drop off are available on work days between the hours of 9am and 12pm only.

Before making your way to us, please send an email to visitors@aeppacific.co.nz containing:

1. Your Name
2. Your contact number
3. The date that you will be visiting us

Contactless Collection

1. Before making your way to us call us on 094145520 and give us an estimated time of your arrival.
2. When you get to 1 Ride Way, stay in your car and call us on 094145520
3. We will come out and put your consignment on the doorstep
4. Wait for us to get back inside and collect your items.
5. Before leaving check that your order is complete. If there are any discrepancies, call us on 094145520 before you leave the car park.

Contactless drop off

1. Before making your way to us call us on 094145520 and give us an estimated time of your arrival.
2. When you get to 1 Ride Way, stay in your car and call us on 094145520
3. Put your items on our doorstep and go back into your car
4. Once you are back in your car, we will come out and collect your items.

You will not be allowed on our premises without prior arrangement.
